If the temperature is lower than 253, the pipe and pipe fittings is only a thin surface layer of 00 melting, once they are fused, the strength of the fusion is not guaranteed, which is what we usually call the phenomenon of false welding, conversely, if the temperature is higher than 274 ° C, the surface molecules of the pipe and pipe fittings are damaged by high temperature, making PP-R form a thin liquid, the connection will make the inner diameter of the pipe smaller, more Importantly, the connected part will be brittle and cracked, especially when the piping system is fully completed and pressurized with water, such problems often occur.
2、The constant temperature time should be long. The length of the constant temperature time is one of the important signs of good or bad performance of the hot melt welding equipment. Hot melt equipment still has a problem of heat consumption after heating up to the set temperature, especially in winter, the air outlet, even in the non-operating gap, its heat consumption is also very large, and once the operation, its pipes and fittings are consuming heat separately, which requires a strong thermal energy storage capacity and timely replenishment capacity of the equipment.
